The Safaricom shop gave us their number and we called them and were directed there. After explaining our situation and trying very hard to contain our frustration, the staff tested her phone and confirmed that they could repair it on the same day. They went above and beyond and it was fixed in about 2 hours. Her phone was eventually delivered back to our house. Great above and beyond customer service.
